Living Area

The living room is open to the kitchen /dining area and has an overstuffed couch and chair for relaxing while watching the large TV with standard Cable and WIFI. The washer and dryer is tucked away in a closet in the hallway.

4 Bedrooms

There are 2 master bedrooms, each has a Queen-sized bed, ensuite bathroom and a private balcony. Across the hallway, the 3rd bedroom has a Queen-sized bed. The 4th bedroom has 2 custom wooden twin sized bunk beds. All bedrooms have TV’s with Cable

3.5 Bathrooms

The hall bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Both master ensuite bathrooms have walk in showers. There is a ½ bath downstairs.

Kitchen

The kitchen is open to the living room and has lots of windows for extra light. This bright and open space is stocked with most basic items. There are 2 dining tables. There is a breakfast bar and also a wine fridge and a pantry.

POOL and Outdoors

The catch and release pond is fun for both kids and adults. There is a lighted fountain in the pond and you can watch the wildlife, birds, turtles etc enjoy the water. There is a community pool on property. There is lots of shaded areas both upstairs and downstairs. A Charcoal BBQ is provided.

Parking

The driveway can fit 3-4 vehicles and boats are OK as long as they fit in the driveway. No Curb Parking. You also have garage access for an extra vehicle.
